Bill Thomson designs our DLFF Poster

Yesterday I received a draft copy of our festival poster, prepared by local artist Bill Thomson. No doubt there will be some final tweeking, but I think it does no harm to share the image.

Burnaby artist Bill Thomson holds a recent piece - "OUROBUS RINGS." [Ouroborus-wiki] When I saw this photo I poked a little fun, suggesting that the VANOC Thought Police who zealously guard any image with interlocking rings, would soon be kicking in his door. As today is Day 1 of competition at the Vancouver 2010 Games, it is probably a fun time to share his piece.
